This study investigated the effect of interdisciplinary training on improving command skills in students of Imam Ali Officers' University. The main objective of this study is to analyze the role of interdisciplinary training programs in strengthening decision-making, leadership, and crisis management abilities in future commanders of the armed forces. The research was applied and conducted using a mixed method (quantitative-qualitative). The statistical population included third-year students of Imam Ali Officers' University, and 120 people were selected as samples using a stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool included a standard questionnaire on command skills and in-depth interviews with professors in the field of command and training. The data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis and statistical tests (such as analysis of variance). The results showed that interdisciplinary training has a positive and significant effect on improving students' strategic decision-making, team management, and complex problem-solving abilities. Interdisciplinary training has also been shown to increase mental flexibility and enhance critical thinking in future commanders. The research findings highlight the importance of reviewing military training programs and integrating interdisciplinary knowledge to improve command skills.
