This research has investigated the role of organizational culture in improving the safety of military units using the descriptive-analytical method. Organizational documents such as policies, guidelines, incident reports, inspection records and related scientific articles have been analyzed with a systematic approach. The findings show that a strong organizational culture, consisting of the firm commitment of senior management, active participation of employees, transparent and two-way communication, continuous learning from past incidents, and a fair reward and punishment system, has a direct and significant effect on improving safety indicators. The importance of safety values ​​in the goals of the organization, the allocation of sufficient resources, continuous training and creating an open space for expressing concerns are key factors in promoting the safety culture in units. Based on these results, practical solutions including the development of comprehensive training programs, the creation of safety committees with representatives of all levels, the review and modification of policies, efficient mechanisms for reporting and root analysis of incidents, and strengthening the role of leadership in promoting and modeling safe behaviors are presented. This research provides an analytical and comprehensive perspective that can help military managers and commanders to effectively reduce the number of incidents and accidents by continuously improving the safety culture.
